You can try the free features of an extension before buying. Because the licence key is delivered as soon as payment is confirmed, purchases are not refunded. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
Payment provider
Checkout runs through Lemon Squeezy. As Merchant of Record, Lemon Squeezy manages collection, receipts and tax. Card data does not pass through ToolWick servers.
No refunds
A ToolWick Pro licence is intangible digital content delivered by email immediately after payment. Purchases are therefore not refunded once completed.
By completing payment you request immediate delivery of the digital content and acknowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal as a result.
Technical problems
If a licence does not activate or the product does not work as described, email support@toolwick.work with your order number and we will try to fix it. Do not include your full licence key or card details in a support message.
This policy does not limit consumer rights that cannot be waived by law (for example a product that is never delivered or is defective).
Subscription cancellation
If you buy a subscription, you can cancel renewal at any time in the Lemon Squeezy customer portal. Cancellation stops future payments; the paid period is not partially refunded and access continues until it ends.
Chargebacks and exceptional reversals
If you start a chargeback with your bank, or Lemon Squeezy as Merchant of Record reverses a payment under its own rules or a legal obligation, the Pro licence for that product is switched off automatically. Licences for other ToolWick products are not affected.
